What we collect when you visit, order or sign up — and what we don’t.
Website statistics
To understand which pieces people like, we keep simple, anonymous statistics: the pages viewed, roughly how long a page was actively read, the type of device (phone, tablet or computer), the website that sent you here, and clicks on “Add to bag” and “Order via WhatsApp”.
We don’t use cookies or store anything in your browser for this. Visits are counted with a code that changes every day and can’t be traced back to you. We never record what you type, your name, your phone number or the contents of your WhatsApp messages.
If your browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control setting is on, no statistics are sent at all. Statistics are kept for up to 13 months.
Orders on WhatsApp
When you press “Order via WhatsApp”, your bag is turned into a message with a short reference (for example W-7K2QF9) that you send to us on WhatsApp. We also receive an email with the pieces in your bag and any details you chose to add, so we can prepare your order.
A website can’t see whether you actually sent the WhatsApp message. Once we’re talking with you, we keep a simple record of your order (name, contact number, pieces and payment status) to arrange payment and delivery.
Contact forms and updates
Enquiries and complaints sent through our forms are emailed to us so we can reply. If you sign up for updates, we keep your email address, first name (if given) and the date you agreed. You can ask to stop receiving updates at any time.
Your information
We don’t sell your information. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop receiving updates, contact info@saintcollection.shop or message us on WhatsApp.
