Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days if your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Not as described
Condition of returned items
Items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Exchanges & refunds
Once we receive your return, we will process an exchange or refund within 14 days.
Hygiene
For hygiene reasons, earrings and worn jewellery cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty.
